AGIA ASKS FOR LAW TO PERMIT SHORTER RENTAL CONTRACTS

"It is an obsolete law, not adapted to reality". This is what the president of the College of Real Estate Agents and managers (AGIA), Jordi Galobardas, thinks about the rules governing leases and, in line with what was already proposed by the Association of Owners of Real Estate (APBI), claims a legislative modification that would allow short monthly rental contracts.
